Find the movement in the idea
Use change, contrast, consequence, discovery, or unresolved tension. A topic is static; a meaningful shift gives the viewer somewhere to go.
Three things to do before writing.
Check each step when you have applied it to the material you brought with you.
Put it to work
Write: “We thought… Then we saw… So we changed… The part still unresolved is…”.
Write enough to make the next decision easier. This is a working note, not a polished submission.
